Your future challenge

We are now looking for a machine operator focused on laser and water cutting to strengthen our team. In this role, you will work with cutting equipment, program machines, monitor the cutting process, and ensure high quality of finished products. You will be part of the sheet preparation team and also have contact points with planners and other technicians.

In the role of machine operator, you will work both independently and in collaboration with colleagues. The work is done in shifts of 7 hours, divided into two shifts: morning and afternoon.

Who you are

We are looking for someone with a high school education or relevant practical experience in the field. You have industrial experience, are meticulous, and technically skilled. It is advantageous if you have previous work experience in a similar role or experience with both laser and water cutting. As a person, you have your own drive and a quality mindset and enjoy delivering well-executed work.

You should be able to work independently and take responsibility for your tasks but also work well in a team with others. Orderliness and high risk awareness are also qualities we value. A driver's license (B) is required, and it is advantageous if you have a forklift license (B3) and a crane license (A–F / 1). Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement for the role, and knowledge of English is advantageous.
